  37. What Frank forgot to mention is that there is a known bug in all 
  38. versions of Kermit 95 associated with the use a externally passed
  39. serial communication handles.

  43.     745. Communication devices passed to Kermit as handles are
  44.     closed on exit
  45.  
  46.     Starting in the next release, if a communication device is
  47.     passed to Kermit 95 for use via an already existing HANDLE, the
  48.     default for the SET EXIT HANGUP command will be OFF.
